6) Pickup, delivery, and shipping conditions
We may offer **farm pickup**, **local delivery**, and/or **shipping within the United States** depending on the Product and season.
**A. Pickup**
- Pickup times/locations are as stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.
- You are responsible for picking up during the stated window. If you miss the pickup window, we may be unable to hold perishable items.
**B. Local delivery**
- Delivery areas, days, and time windows may be limited and may change.
- You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and a safe delivery location.
- Once an order is delivered to the address/location you provided, responsibility transfers to you (including for temperature-sensitive items).
**C. Shipping (U.S. only)**
- Shipping options, carriers, and timelines vary by Product and season.
- You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you may be responsible for additional costs and/or product loss, especially for perishables.
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
D. Minimums / free delivery**
- **Free delivery requires a minimum order of $50, subject to increase at anytime for any reason **
- Orders under $50 may still be eligible for delivery/shipping, but delivery/shipping fees may apply as shown at checkout (or as quoted).

7) Food safety and handling
You are responsible for proper storage, handling, and preparation of Products after pickup/delivery/shipping. Perishable items should be refrigerated/frozen promptly as appropriate.

### 8) Refunds and returns (All sales final)
**All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges** unless we choose to make an exception **at our sole discretion**.
If we do choose to make an exception, we may require photos, return of items (if applicable), and/or other verification, and we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as we decide.
