Last year, Ryan reluctantly let me use some space in the vegetable garden to grow some flowers for cutting. They brought so much joy into our life and the lives of others that this year we made the investment in the Floret Workshop to learn everything we could about growing cut flowers.
Erin and Jill put together such an amazing resource for new farmers to learn the essential techniques for growing cut flowers and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning to grow cut flowers.
We are growing a ton of new blooms this year to share with our CSA members as well as hosting cut-your-own events for anyone in the community. Our first event is scheduled for Friday, June 25th at 6:30pm and I can not wait!
